These terms govern your use of MileStone. By using the app or website you agree to them. This is a starting template and should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Using MileStone

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscriptions & billing

MileStone may offer paid subscriptions with a free trial. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices and trial terms are shown at purchase.

Mileage & tax disclaimer

MileStone helps you record and estimate deductible mileage, but it is not tax advice. Standard mileage rates and eligibility are determined by the IRS and your circumstances. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for consulting a tax professional. We make no guarantee of any specific tax outcome.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully.

Availability & changes

We provide the service "as is" and may update or change features over time. We may update these terms; we'll post the new date above.
